OUR HISTORY

In January of 1986, a small group of education-minded congregants at Christ Greenfield Lutheran Church formed Christ Greenfield Lutheran Preschool. The preschool opened its doors that year to six students. In 1996, kindergarten began at CGS, with another grade level added each year after. Over the past forty years, roughly four thousand children have attended Christ Greenfield School.

Over the past four decades, Christ Greenfield School has continued to grow, serving roughly 470 students in preschool through elementary and middle school classes today.

God has truly blessed Christ Greenfield School with students, parents, teachers, and staff who have formed a close-knit community who care and support each other as we grow together in the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord and His creation.
