EXTENDED CARE

Our Extended Care program is an important ministry designed specifically for working families. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for families who rely on this service due to work schedules.

Behavioral expectations during Extended Care are consistent with the expectations of students during school hours. With these expectations in mind, a student may be temporarily or permanently suspended from Extended Care. The use of Extended care is a privilege. All enrolled students 3-years-old and over may use the Extended Care program.

The regular hours of operation are as follows:

Extended Care is located in the Life Center. Ring the doorbell to be greeted by Extended Care staff.

Parents must provide the names of individuals (age 16 and over) who have permission to pick up students from school through FACTS. Parents should update this information within FACTS. For your child’s safety, an adult who is not recognized by the staff must show picture identification.
Morning Arrival: Students must be walked to the door and signed in to Extended Care by the person dropping them off.
Afternoon Dismissal: Students must be picked up at the door and signed out of Extended Care by a parent, guardian, or individual authorized on the Emergency Information Card and/or FACTS account.

Program fees are billed on a monthly basis through FACTS.

Morning Care: $12.00 per day
Afternoon Care: $12.00 per hour
- $24.00 total if child stays past 4:15 pm
- Late fee: A flat fee of $25 is a child is not picked up by the time Extended Care closes. An additional fee of $2 per minute fee will be added to the charge.

Half Days: Extended Care operates from 11:45 am to 3:15 pm
- 10/2, 11/14, 12/19, 3/13
No Extended Care on the following dates:
August 11: First day of K-8
May 21: Last day of K-8
