ACADEMIC SERVICES: Supporting Every Student to Grow and Thrive
-
At Christ Greenfield, we believe every child is a beloved child of God—created with purpose, gifted uniquely, and full of potential. Our Academic Services program is rooted in this truth and designed to support students as they grow academically, socially, and spiritually within the classroom community.
-
We take a collaborative, classroom-centered approach, partnering closely with teachers and families to ensure each student is supported in meaningful and effective ways. Rather than removing students from their learning environment, we prioritize helping them access the curriculum alongside their peers, building both confidence and independence.
How We Support Students
Our Academic Services team works alongside classroom teachers to:
-
Identify individual learning needs through observation, assessment, and collaboration
-
Implement targeted strategies and accommodations within the classroom
-
Provide small-group or short-term support when appropriate
-
Strengthen organizational, study, and executive functioning skills
-
Maintain ongoing communication with families to ensure alignment and progress
This approach allows students to remain active, engaged members of their classroom community while receiving the support they need to succeed.

Support for Students with Diagnosed Learning Needs

For students with diagnosed learning differences or disabilities, we provide structured support that promotes both growth and confidence. This may include:
-
Development and implementation of accommodation plans
-
Collaboration with families and outside professionals
-
Classroom strategies tailored to individual learning profiles
-
Ongoing monitoring of student progress
Our goal is to create a learning environment where each student is both challenged and supported, without losing sight of their identity and value in Christ.
As a private Christian school, we recognize that we do not have the capacity to meet the full range of specialized needs that some students may require. However, we are committed to making every reasonable and responsible effort to support students within the scope of our program.

We approach each situation with care, transparency, and a desire to partner with families in discerning what environment will best help their child thrive.
